“I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”

“It is hard to believe that I have never updated this review in a decade! I used to use this location a lot more than now. I have my own simple copier now and need fewer office supplies of the types that they carry. They have always been helpful for any needs I had. For many years, they were a very reasonable price for Ground Shipping services. They are still my first choice for reliability for super fast deliveries. Unfortunately, their Ground Service for residences, renamed "Home Delivery" is a bit more expensive than its main competitor, though even theirs has gone up too, though not quite as much.Where this shop really shines and always has, is its Passport Photo service. This time, not only was the staff member very accurate in getting the shot, he was really friendly and helpful on the constraints of the newest regulations. Also the price was very fair and the finished product better than any in the past, but for the limited smile allowed now, which is never my style. The counter staff was also incredibly friendly and everyone there was multi tasking the whole time. I hate to dock them a star for company pricing policy, but it is their reality too when they have to tell the customers. Parking in this now underutilized shopping center is easy, even with mountains of snow this year still piled up but far from the stores,”

“First things first, Pedro needs a raise or a promotion asap! His customer service and ability to go above and beyond was INCREDIBLE!!! My wedding was on October 7th, we were waiting on a very important package that had originally been expedited from the company. The package was re-routed initially and I was told it would not be delivered until Monday, after 5 hours on the phone with ups the morning of my wedding. I was able to reach the warehouse that was closed over the weekend and got to speak with Pedro. He was so kind and understood the urgency behind receiving this package. He located the package that apparently NO ONE else could find and allowed us to pick up with him asap.Thank you, Pedro for your hard work and actual concern and understanding for urgent matters.We appreciate you!!!”

“I haven’t been to a Post Office and had a pleasant and painless visit since I was a child and I’m 30 years old. Every Post Office I’ve visited over the last decade has been absolutely awful with trash service. I and all the way to I'm so happy to report that the Niwot Post Office quite literally couldn’t do a more phenomenal job in terms of the service they provide. I’ve lived in so many places over the last 15 years and have frequented many Post Offices. Everyone of those Post Offices that I’ve gone to regardless of the time or day of the week that I choose to visit there is a line out the door, they’re understaffed and the employees have been very rude, unprofessional, and it was clear they hated their job. The people at the Niwot Post Office were so chipper, upbeat, kind, friendly and professional; I was literally in and out within less than 2-3 minutes. I’m sitting in the parking lot to write this review now so that I don’t forget because that’s how impressed I’ve been with the service. I’ve watched sooooo many people walk in and out with packages, letters, etc and come right back out in 5 minutes or less. The Niwot Post Office needs to be sent out to train the employees at all the other Post Offices in this country lol. Seriously, I never thought I could be this happy leaving a Post Office ?”
