“I highly recommend this location for Quest. I showed up this morning and shared with them that I am self-pay, not paying through insurance. Instead of just drawing my blood and leaving it at that, the tech drawing my blood, Paola, waited until the supervisor team lead was done with his patient so he could come assist with my situation. They helped me log onto a third-party, called Ulta Labs so that I would have a large percentage marked off my bill being that I was a self-pay patient. I created an account there in the office, and they waited patiently and then helped me load all the blood work tests that my doctor had ordered and helped me process it so that I could still go through with my appointment and have my lab work done still during that appointment time. Both the supervisor team lead, Craig and tech lady, Paola helped me figure out the payment options and get everything situated through this third-party website. I was able to save nearly $600 by everything they helped me to do. What an incredible team of people who genuinely care about their patients.”
