Took a little longer to get to that point than expected due to some customer portal glitches, but understand that's out of peoples control. My recommendation is to call after 3 weeks if you haven't heard anything.”

“I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

I've gone in several times for several different needs and whether I'm there with my roommate, whom isn't the most positive, nor patient person, or there for my devices' repairs or updates, I appreciate their patience, knowledge and assistance with my wireless service.”
“Had a very old phone and decided for upgrade. Karen came to us immediately , showed all options (I.e. trade in’s & price of new phones. After we made decision she sat with us & transferred data from old to new phone. The charger connection is only thing that wasn’t discussed. Seems a very minor thing and did not change our opinion of excellent customer service.”
