“I was at this location Sunday 19th October 2025. We upgraded 3 phones, I watch and got 2 tablets!! Our first agent Sam was fantastic!! He was extremely knowledgeable regarding our new phones and other things!! He was very nice and respectful! Unfortunately I forgot to ask about my upgrade to my watch. The SE didn't come with ECG or fall section which is required for me to feel safe outside my house! Today 22 October 2025 we went back at talked to Sergio to exchange my watch! He was also fantastic!!! Friendly and knowledgeable!! He exchanged my watch with no prob. He also gave me a great deal on a case-charger-screen protector combo!! “I went to this location to upgrade my phone to an A15. Online, it gave me a price of $ 155 with the activation fee and taxes. Since I wanted to pay cash. I went to this location, and she quoted a price of $210. I asked why she said the phones are cheaper online. Also, earlier this week, I got an A15 for my daughter. Her phone was destroyed by some people she used to hang out with. We got her phone for $179.00 with the case, activation fee, and taxes. I don't understand why the price for an existing customer who has been with Cricket for almost 20 years. It might be necessary to go to a new carrier. ?”

I had an issue where I had to factory reset my phone and I was having trouble with Google and 2 step verification when I reset it.
I went to the Cricket near my house first, which is on 72nd and Sheridan. The woman there was no help at all.
(I wouldn't recommend going there.)
I decided to try the other Cricket store a little further away on federal, and I was so happy that the guy here was friendly and helpful and also fixed the phone in about 5 minutes.

The representative Nazir was super helpful even going to the length of contacting us on his day off of work just to make sure our services were provided and to walk us through our services. I needed quite a bit of help getting the transfer # pin, and their customer service was excellent (and that was for someone leaving them!!!). I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Boost (or recommend them) because of that experience.”

“We arrived around 5:30pm and they had a short waiting list, and the staff acknowledged us and the wait as soon as we walked in. Kaylea was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! She ensured all of our questions were answered and that we felt good with the answers before moving on. My husband's name on our account still had his birth name (deadname) and she instantly made us feel at ease. She immediately changed his name on our account and never called him by the wrong name at any point in our interaction. She then helped us get exactly what we wanted and made sure we were aware of every promotion we had available on our account. At one point, she even called another employee to help answer my questions about the Verizon internet package. Mauricio was extremely knowledgeable and considerate! He answered every single question I had about the internet and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. He wasn't condescending and ensured I felt comfortable and empowered to make the best decision for my remote work. Kaylea made sure our new phones were completely setup before we left (around 8:30pm, an hour and a half after closing) and let us know how we can contact her and her teammates with any questions or concerns. The customer service was a 10! I wish the store had a few more displays of devices available for purchase, along with a more robust inventory of accessories for said devices. They had plenty of stock of phone, tablets, and watches we were interested in, but not much in the way of displays or purchasable accessories. Overall, I'm giving this store a 5 star review due to the customer service being above and beyond what I typically see from non-corporate owned stores.”
