I went around town and ended up at this spot, super pleasantly surprised. They heard me, gave me space to speak, took my laptop and said they'd be able to work on it quickly. “My entire experience was 5 stars! I did a lot of research prior to deciding on going to Verizon and I am happy I did. I first spoke with Adam (the account manager). When it was time for me to go in he was still with a customer (because phone sales are an experience) so I got to work with Nick. Nick was amazing from start to finish. Very patient and knowledgeable and I ask a lot of questions. We both learned some new hiccups when transferring service surrounding number protection. The whole time I felt welcomed.
