“My very old iMac froze and wouldn’t fully reboot - time for a fix. Fallen Apple had stellar reviews so that’s where I went. The diagnostic showed that the hard drive was still good, it was other parts that quit - time for an upgrade. Caleb understood my work environment and bent over backwards to get me back in the game. Depending on my budget he seemed to have an option or two to offer. Ultimately I bought a refurbished iMac from Fallen Apple, Caleb loaded everything from my old hard drive to the new machine; once loaded he made sure it was up and running.
Great attitude, great service; he’s now in my ‘contacts’ since he’s the first person I will go to if the need ever comes up again. Thank you Caleb!!”

“I thought my screen had been shattered and it turned out my temp glass had taken all the damage. These guys could have charged me $230 out of my own failure to check my glass and instead they were honest showed me my mistake. Its so rare to find such honesty and integrity in business these days. “I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. I needed quite a bit of help getting the transfer # pin, and their customer service was excellent (and that was for someone leaving them!!!). “I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. I’m a big fan of reduce, reuse and recycle, so I really wanted to fix my TV and not replace it with a new one. I have a 3 yo Samsung LED and it simply stopped powering on. I called the A1 number and spoke with Coach, and he quickly walked me through how to reset my TV to see if I could avoid needing additional work done. My TV was still not working so we scheduled a drop off for the following morning. Drop off was quick and easy. Later that afternoon I got a text letting me know my TV was working and that it could be picked up. Drop off to pick up in 24 hrs and now a functioning TV is why I’m giving 5 stars. Repairing the TV cost me 1/5 of what it would cost to buy a brand new one. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I’m glad I won’t miss the Broncos game this weekend because of the speed of the repairs.”
