“WOW! We have purchased tires at various Discount Tires locations for over 20 years, but this was by far the BEST Customer Service I have ever witnessed or experienced. Efren & Jake were running the front like a well-oiled machine (no pun intended)! I came in at 4:40pm (closing was advertised at 6 pm) with a bubble in my tire and knowing I probably needed all new tires at this point. There were 8 people in the waiting area, all bays were full, and I was expecting to be told to come back tomorrow... but no. Efren wanted me and my family to be safe. He educated me on what tires I needed and said they would be done by 630pm. As I waited for my service, I witnessed these 2 amazing customer service gentlemen at work. They answered phones eagerly, welcomed each and every customer with a smile, AND kept every waiting customer up to date on their vehicles movement through their shop. Exemplary Service, from the front desk staff to all of the guys working the bays in the service area. No complaints or respectful communication between everyone. It could not have been better! I would highly recommend Discount Tires, especially the 4580 Wadsworth, Wheatridge location! Loved them so much that we are taking pizza by for the whole crew for lunch!”

“Most honest, fast, and dependable place I’ve ever been been to.. I went in for breaks and not only was that done fast and affordably he had also pointed out the problem I’ve been curious about and was unsure of (being a broken wheel bearing) He then pointed out and showed me exactly where the problem was, how to confirm that problem, explained what would happen if not fixed and then fixed the bearing in an impressive amount of time. My car drives and feels much better now, these guys go above and beyond what you normally see now of days with anywhere let alone the automotive industry. Not only because of the impressive time, quality, and job, but the over all atmosphere and respect 10/10 would recommend and will be recommending in the future.”

“My tire pressure light came on 2 days before my drive from Colorado to California so I came in with a last minute tire check. Alejandro took care of me at the front desk. He was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. He walked me through and explained as he inspected ever tire. I got 2 repairs and 1 replacement. I was hoping I wouldn't need a new tire but honestly best to be safe than sorry. The entire process took about an hour. I was very pleased with the service and feel safer and more at ease about my upcoming trip. Thank you!!”

“I got a nail in my tire during my delivery shift tonight. I came into Discount Tires 15 minutes to close, fully expecting to have to leave my car overnight since it was so close to end of day. I was extremely pleased when the gentleman informed me they would patch my tire and have me back on the road tonight! Took less than an hour and I was very grateful for the staff working late to accommodate me so close to end of day. Excellent customer service and prompt repair time.
