“I just undertook a major move, for which I had to purchase many new pieces of furniture. I was in need of a mattress for my child, and Mattress Firm was having a sale, so that’s where we went.
From the moment we walked into the store until the moment we left, the whole experience probably took 30 minutes. I ended up purchasing two mattresses with the financing offered. The whole effort was pleasant, seamless, and our sales rep got us out quickly.
The delivery came the following day and was equally painless. The delivery staff were polite, thorough, and quick. From start to finish, this was by far the best purchase experience I had throughout the whole move.
