2nd trip post snowboarding rental from their shop, I had a manufacturer defect with my jacket, Mike took my jacket in and was willing to work with the manufacturer directly so I didn't have to! Mind you this was about 2 months after sale. When you buy expensive gear you are worried how customer service will be post sale; but Mike made it painless and the manufacturer took care of me!

3rd trip, I am now plan to snowboard many times a season, bought a board, and bought bindings as well as boots in store. Sierra offered to get my board bindings installed, and tested with my boots; also, since the season was over, offered to wax my board with their IR wax machine. This is literally the definition of service above and beyond the call of duty.

Overall, this kind of service pushes you to spend your dollars locally instead of online, this level of service and better yet, support. They have earned a customer for life!”
