“Drove miles & miles to get what I had heard was incredible customer service. I must say I was not disappointed. I came in on Saturday, and the service Marcus and Lisa (Store Manager) provided was outstanding. They provided a seamless process to replace my old phone and transfer data to the new one. Told me it would take about 20 minutes, so we left and came back to a finished product. Lisa, at that moment, took multitasking to a new level. She was helping one guest in the store, one on the phone, and recognized me and got me my phone from behind the counter to get me back out of the store in no time.
