“Employee was great at helping me to replace my old phone which had Quit. I didn’t think the choices for cases was what it should be. That’s inventory not employee. It isn’t his job to do a really difficult job of pairing with old watch. I spent 3 hours at Genius Bar in Park Meadows trying to get everything set up and it is their job! Changing passwords at a location other than home isn’t anything a sales person fir AT&T should have to do”
“Is it me or is the inventory at Best Buy steadily shrinking? I don't think they have any physical media anymore! Like, at all! That being said, the staff at this one has always been friendly and we do their pickup option often, usually fast in and out with no drama. Their prices on big box items are competitive too. We've bought TVs, Freezers and electronic supplies here.”
“Drove miles & miles to get what I had heard was incredible customer service. I must say I was not disappointed. I came in on Saturday, and the service Marcus and Lisa (Store Manager) provided was outstanding. They provided a seamless process to replace my old phone and transfer data to the new one. Told me it would take about 20 minutes, so we left and came back to a finished product. Lisa, at that moment, took multitasking to a new level. She was helping one guest in the store, one on the phone, and recognized me and got me my phone from behind the counter to get me back out of the store in no time.
