“We moved from Elizabeth Colorado to south haven Michigan. Around 11pm before Omaha Nebraska the penske broke down. I drove our 4 kids to the nearest hotel that had rooms available while he called penske. Penske sent a tow truck right away to drop my husband, brother in law and truck off at the hotel around 1am. By 7am they had a new truck dropped off at the hotel and by 8am a moving crew showed up to transfer our belongings to the new truck. Penske covered all cost including 2 hotel rooms. They even gave us an extra day to return the truck. I'm shocked at how nice penske was when their vehicle broke down.
I'd recommend penske over other moving companies due to the fast I trust they wont leave us stranded or in debt.”

“Advice.... call before you pick up to verify they have the size you reserved....I reserved a 15ft truck at least a week in advance and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have one. The smaller truck I used was clean and ran well, and came some moving blankets”
