“We had dinner at the Pitkin Hotel twice during our trip, and both experiences were absolutely incredible! The first night, my husband had the blackened red snapper, and I had the elk medallions—both were cooked perfectly and were some of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Tonight, we came back about 20 minutes before closing, and despite it being so close to closing time, we were welcomed with the same friendly, attentive service. My husband ordered the Bon-Ton Burger, and it was honestly out of this world! I had the red snapper piccata, and it was absolutely delicious.

It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers amazing food and exceptional service, but the Pitkin Hotel does exactly that. Every person we interacted with made us feel welcome, and you can tell they truly care about their guests. This has easily become one of our favorite places to eat when we’re in Pitkin. 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back next year!”
