“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment.
I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”

“I have been to Home Depot twice and decided to try ACE for my license plate screws. It doesn’t sound hard, but I had to return screws multiple times with no success. I went into ACE today and had Mason help me and he went ABOVE and BEYOND! He walked out to my vehicle and tested until we found the right one. I will definitely be giving my business to ACE now. “I was able to purchase a spike pipe with a hole at the end point and a female garden hose connection to force water into the ground at the root level of my trees during this time o drought. This device is all steel, where my other one that I have used more than 40 years off and on. However it had aluminum & plastic components that have cracked leaking/spraying water all over at the handle portion of the device. These devices allow me to add water at the root level of the trees.”

“I was trying to hook up a European bidet, but for warmer water I wanted to hook it up to the sink line instead of the toilet line. I went to Lowe's because it was closer but their lack of knowledge had me coming and going with little success. I then called Brook at George T Sanders, branch #3, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and invited me to come in. Once I arrived Brian helped me take a different look at the project and he actually figured out how to make the connection that I had been struggling with for over a week. My family and I are now very happy to not have anymore water dripping on the floor and we're enjoying our new bidet! Thanks Brook and Brian for all your help!”

“We worked with Lawrence Avila to completely transform the kitchen and all the bathrooms in our house. Throughout this major renovation, Lawrence gave us expert design advice and made sure to steer us toward products that fit our quality expectations and were easy to clean & maintain. With such a large project, we had a few issues along the way, and this is where Lawrence's service really shined! In these cases, our contractor noticed a defect in the fixture we ordered... we called Lawrence and within a short 1-2 days, we had a replacement delivered via overnight-FedEX. The return of the defective parts was also super easy. This has been a great experience and I am really glad we took the time to travel from southern Colorado Springs to the big showroom in Denver to meet with Lawrence and see all the great options in person. Great personalized design and purchase experience, and even better customer service when we had a few issues. Highly recommend!”
