“I’m happy to review Extra Space Storage in Lowry. My daughter and I needed to store some personal items for a few months to make way for remodeling, and ESS was convenient for us. The signup was easy, with lots of help from the staff regarding payments, policies, keys, the location of the storage space. The facility was surprisingly clean and allowed us to park inside while loading and unloading. It was quite secure - we met one of the security staff when we were there one night late (it’s open to 10pm). I would use the Extra Space Storage again.”

“My experience with this company was more EXCEPTIONAL. I contacted "All my sons" to have my furniture moved but I regret and cancelled the appointment 45 days before, then I contacted "The Other Side....", it was the best decision I could ever made. The crew was so kind, very clear on the move, and they disassembled my bed (I didn't know I had to do it) and then assembled it at the destination very professionally. I can't express how Impressed I am with the outstanding service this company provided. If you read my review, trust me that I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but they really provided a good experience that was not expensive (half of "All my sons"), no hidden fees, no traps no nothing. Don't hesitate and lease this company for your move.”

I was extremely impressed not only with the facility but, most importantly, the staff.I did not have an appointment. I was a walk-in. I saw their rates online and wanted to see a visual. Brandon was the first person I met, and it was instant and perfect customer service. Like he was a long-lost cousin. Not only did he take time to answer each question, but he was extremely patient and friendly. I gotta chance to watch both Brandon and Oliver interact with various customers that came in and out while I was doing the paperwork. Everyone had a smile when they left. Considering how stressful moving is, a smile goes a long way. I've used the facility at night while solo and felt safe. Very well lite, clean and easy to access as a customer.Please keep your staff!!!!”
“Ive been with this location for 6 months and I can honestly say it was good time renting for sure. Customer Service, parking space, and 1 minute away from big roads like morrison and kipling. Pretty convenient in my opinion. The place is neat too so I would recommend and come again if I need a storage unit!”
