“We had dinner at the Wyman Hotel in Silverton catered by Honey Hole Hospitality. Outstanding in every way! The braised beef short rib was succulent, and a companion declared the butternut squash soup the best she’d ever had. My wife proclaimed the beet and pear salad “to die for”. Overall, this is a major leap for dining options in Silverton!
The bar in the Wyman is already a hot spot in town; adding fine dining takes it up another level. (As of Feb ‘25, only on Th/Fri/Sat nites, and only schedule through March, so call to confirm availability)”

“This place is great. Old time hotel with amazing charm and appeal. The hotel opened in 1883 and they have done an amazing job hanging on to that historical charm and nostalgia that you would expect in a hotel that is 142 years old.
Hannah at the Front Desk was super friendly and insured we had everything we needed when we checked in as we were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary and we wanted to do something special.
This is not your traditional “modern” hotel. That’s the best part about it yet they have done a very good job to ensure you have what you need. For those of us that live at elevation we use to NOT having air conditioning as the nights tend to drop into the 40’s.”
“The room was updated, clean, and comfortable. It is located in town, easy to get to everything, including shopping, restaurants, and ice cream?
I loved the door code method to get in the room. I felt safe and though I never saw an employee, Nick was very communicative and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I very much recommend staying at the Bent Elbow.”

“Checking in is so easy. The bed is so soft, and there was always fresh, cold water right outside our door. We had access to a fridge, microwave, and all the coffee we could want. It did get a little warm in the room, even with our windows open, but it was a very positive experience over all!”
“This is a quirky, convenient, comfortable and very homey place to stay. It's BYO food and drinks with a fairly full kitchen to keep snacks, prepped food or if you want to make a full meal. We were out of season so no service or activities. BUT there was a fabulous farmers market set up on the morning we left.”
