“We had an exceptional experience with this sports rental shop while we were out snowboarding. In the middle of our day on the slopes, my son’s bindings broke, which could have easily ruined the entire trip—but thanks to their incredible service, it turned into a great experience instead.

Mike stepped in and handled everything like a true professional. Not only did he quickly fix the issue, but he also went out of his way to lend us bindings so we could keep enjoying the day without interruption. What made it even more impressive was that he did all of this without asking for anything in return.

This level of kindness, generosity, and professionalism is rare to find. We were genuinely blown away and extremely grateful. If you're in the area and need gear or support, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommended!”

Pleasant experience, however the lady that cashed us out did not activate our tubing and coaster cards and it created somewhat of a frustration the following day when we tried to access the mountain.”

Our bikes were ready on time, labeled. He adjusted the seats, helmets, gave us precise directions to bike safely to Aspen and back.
We had a 4 hour rental but our daughter got injured 10 mins into the ride and we had to return her bike. He not only felt deeply sorry for this, but instantly did her refund, without us asking.

The rental place is clean, the bikes were very new and still held half the charge after the 4 hour ride. Best ebikes we have experienced.”
