She offered to come to our home if we wanted her to do that. I would definitely seek Tamara out in the future for additional purchases.”
“The customer service folks were so helpful after my own dumb mistake. Long story short, I bought a whole cart overflowing with items for my new place & somehow left an entire duvet set at the bottom (in cart return next to my car). I went home to put away & assemble all my other items. It took me hours to realize before calling in. Nice guy told me there was no sign of it & asked if I'd like to leave my name & number in case it did. I called once more the next day and was told there'd been no sign of it, presumed stolen. Then, the customer service rep asked me to wait while he checked with his manager, unprompted. She informed me if I brought my original receipt & card in store, they could give me a refund. So, that's what I did, thanked them profusely, and bought a replacement immediately. Very nice and helpful staff consistently!”
