Everyone there is super knowledgeable, yet also friendly and patient with my comparitive lack of knowledge. :) The shop is also just a really nice space with a chill vibe as well as ample parking and safe residential side streets to take test rides, which is actually a huge benefit if you want to shop for a new bike. Very glad to have them as a local shop!”

“GO TO YOUR LOCAL BIKE SHOP. I was trying to fix a derailleur issue for hours and got fed up and took it in. These guys fixed it in 15 minutes for $30 while also fixing some other small issues. I'll definitely be back if I have another repair that needs done”

“Can't recommend this place enough. They helped recover my stolen bike that was brought in for service months after it went missing. They went the extra mile - didn't have to track me down but they did. Beyond that they helped refresh it with new pads, tires, bar tape, etc. She was lookin pretty sad but they brought her back to life. It's not just that they helped return my bike. “Epic Cycles has been the best bike shop experience. After buying a bike online, I needed a little help with some of the setup items - bleeding SRAM maven brakes, suspension tuning, rim pact, a better dropper post etc. Jamie and the team at Epic helped me do all the math to figure out the perfect dropper, got my brakes feeling incredibly good, set me up with rim protectant, and made sure to help me strike the balance of high quality and price point. My suspension feels more tuned than I’ve had it on any other bike, and I can stop on a dime. They were kind, educational, and fun to chat with!
They’re super responsive, have fair prices, and the friendly faces will have me driving there with all my bikes regardless of where I live. Thank you thank you thank you for everything you do!!”

“This is my second excellent experience with the folks at Schwab Cycles. A simple fix on this round. The first round was a about a year ago with a more complex tune up and new tires on a second-hand Pashley that needed some love. Each time, they were to the point, expert in the repairs, and fair in the price. This is what is worth traveling cross town at 3 pm on Colfax traffic so that I have a proper fix to keep me riding safely for the summer! Located close to Casa Bonita at Colfax and Pierce.”

“I really appreciated the extra help from DJ to get me in the right cycling shoes, adjust the cleats and see how the new cleat adjustment looked while on my bike. He spent time with me to make sure everything I bought was the right purchase for me and for my bike. Even as the store was closing he spent time to make sure the cleats were adjusted correctly. And he noticed my seat was crooked and adjusted that for me too. Thank you very much!”

We could not be happier. These bikes are extremely well-made. It took us a long time to make a decision as to which brand to purchase since there are so many on the market. We absolutely made the right decision. We are extremely happy with our entire experience with Rad power bikes in Denver….. Absolutely the greatest customer service!
From beginning to end, our experience was top-notch. We were able to test drive as many bikes as we would like and there were no high-pressure sales.
The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful on all accounts.
This is a a full service facility so if any future maintenance needs to be performed on our e-bikes, it will be convenient to do so locally.
My only complaint is that I waited this long to finally get one! 😆”
“Idk how this place has so many negative reviews, seems like maybe ownership changed hands? Every time I've stopped in, every single worker has been more than helpful. I am such a novice biker, and these guys have shown me fixes before without charging me, they've serviced my road and mountain bikes, and most recently showed me which pedal and cleat combinations would work, as well as showing me better shoes that I will be returning for when I am a little more seasoned. I really appreciate the knowledge sharing, lack of upsell pressure, and just helping people like me get on the road easier and more proficiently with something they're very passionate about.”
