“I recommend purchasing a laptop from PC City because the after purchase help is always available. I have had three laptops from PC City, one I donated to a school. The oldest one is 12 years old and is still working well. If I have a problem, I go to the store and have PC City trouble shoot and tell me what is needed. You can also have the laptop scrubbed or cleaned for a reasonable price. “IEC made me a cable to connect my vintage Apple IIc to an Image Writer II. This cable is a 5 pin to an 8 pin, and is non-existent except for a couple people on ebay who are trying to get crazy money. IEC made the cable and mailed it to me (fast) @ 1/10th the price, and it works perfect. Marty and Joe Miller were very helpful in getting the cable made. If I need any computer cables in the future, IEC will be the 1st call I make. Thanks IEC,Bob”
“I enjoy rebuilding and upgrading computers. I had a number of parts left over from previous builds. I did a web search for a local vendor or individual that had for a Dell OptiPlex 7010. There were several available, including Sum computers. My preference is to work with someone that will warranty what you're buying. Sum rose to the top of the picks. They guaranteed what I was buying, such as the power supply and motherboard. I called Sum and spoke with Moin, who is the owner. I verified he still had the $80 dollar bare bones case available and I went to inspect my find. The pc case was in great shape and the Dell had a new home. About an hour later, with the addition of of an 1 tb ssd and 16 gb of ddr3 ram, I had a like new computer running like a champ. Sum staff and owner were extremely helpful, knew their stuff, offered advice, warranted their product, and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough!Paul M.”

“Shout out to Alex for being an outstanding customer service staff member! He should be the manager, he was so helpful, kind and patient. I have a neurological disorder and your printer was really giving me a hard time, the manager was very rude to me but Alex checked on me as I was exiting the store empty handed and he said “oh please come with me and I’ll take care of the problem” It was the system not me and he printed my documents on a different printer. I really needed those. His compassion for my anxiety meant so much to me whereas the manager was a cold horrible man who walked away and could care less. I almost left without my needed purchase printed and a horrible impression of Office Depot. So thankful to Alex for helping me and noticing I was upset, very rare these days, he’s a very special guy and should be recognized for his wonderful heart and knowledge, the manager didn’t know how to do it. “I have been using computers for as long as I remember. I am not an expert but I have never encountered the need for computer. I have been competent enough work through any issues by reading forums, google, etc. This was until I faced some bizarre issues with my system. Everything related to Windows seemed corrupted—my taskbar, Windows search, and even the Xbox app on my PC. Despite attempting various solutions I found online, all pathways to resolve the corruption appeared to be affected as well.Computer Bargains was conveniently located near me, so I decided to give them a try. To my relief, they managed to rectify the corrupted files within a day. Additionally, they identified the root cause: my computer entered hibernation during a Windows update for some reason.”
