“Best customer service! Long story short we had had issues with protection device coverage. After working with T-Mobile over the phone over a couple weeks we were offered a promotion to make up for the mistake that would be available to redeem in store. Upon walking into this particular T-Mobile location, we were instantly greeted by Brian. We shared what we had going on and he quickly started taking action making the whole process super smooth and easy. He pulled in a teammate who was training named Valeria, she did a great job! Both team members truly made for a wonderful experience.”
