“Had an issue with our car that left us stranded in Nebraska on a Saturday night. Attempted to have a mobile mechanic fix the issue in Nebraska, but he ended up leaving us with more damage. We phoned Mountain View Automotive on Sunday morning. They welcomed us to have our car towed there, gave a realistic expectation of when the car would be seen (the next day) and reassured us. Had our car towed there by Sunday evening. John was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, transparent, honest and attentative. He provided updates to us about when our car arrived to the shop, when initial diagnostics were completed, anticipated repairs and costs of those repairs, and suggestions for other needs the car may have. They did not pressure us to do additional, unneeded repairs/adjustments to the car. They spent time explaining what needed to be done and why and answered any questions we had. They also have payment plans if that is something a customer needs. The cost of our repairs ended up being half of what John had originally estimated. We had our car ready for pick-up again on Tuesday afternoon. I cannot possibly speak more highly of Mountain View Automotive, their work, their honesty and transparency.”
“I always go to this Grease Monkey I live in Brighton but I drive all the way to Thornton to get my oil changed they always treat me just right the last time I was there they gave me a discount the lady that gave me discount was really really nice”
“My car started overheating 3 days ago. I took it to Grease Monkey to have the radiator flushed out. The people there were very nice. I did have to wait in line for about a half hour, but that wasn't bad because there were 2 cars ahead of me. Once they got me in, they got right to it, I was in and out in no time.”
“I believe his name was Johnny older gentleman he was wonderful it took a few times 1st appt he ordered a new part thinking that might be issue after 2 more appts no show and just reschedule after sitting here all day another tech came out was worthless did a video appt and texting Johnny came back out today and seems to have fixed issue so far.”

“I arrived at this location 1 hour before they closed. I needed additional service done to my car outside of just an oil change. One of the other Grease Monkey locations (136th) told me they couldn’t help me since there was only two of them working. The two guys working at 120th had no problem giving me the help and assistance I needed. Phil was the gentleman that took me in and he was accompanied by one other gentleman, Angelo. This location was super friendly and willing to give me the assistance I needed. I strongly suggest avoiding the 136th location and just go the extra 3 miles to the 120th location. Much better service and people that care. Thank you Phil and Angelo, you guys are awesome!”
