“I’ve had such a great experience with Christian Brothers! Isaac, my service advisor, and Jared, the technician who worked on my car, both did an amazing job from start to finish. My car was fixed perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. This also isn’t my first time bringing my car to Christian Brothers. I’ve taken my car there in the past, and every single time they have gone above and beyond when working on it. Their customer service and quality of work have always been consistent, which is a huge reason I continue to trust them with my car. Every time I spoke with Isaac or came into the shop, he had a smile on his face and was always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The entire staff was the same way. Everyone was smiling, asking if I needed anything, and offering refreshments while I was there. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also have to mention Emilio, who drives the courtesy car. He took me home while my car was being worked on and was seriously the sweetest. He was so kind, made the ride comfortable, and was such a safe driver the entire way. That extra level of service really stood out to me and made the whole experience even better. One of the things I appreciate most is that I’ve never felt pressured or like they were trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They are honest, straightforward, and truly go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. A huge thank you to Isaac, Jared, Emilio, and the entire Christian Brothers team! We were a walk in and dropped our car off in the morning and their team was amazing because we were able to pick our car up right before they closed for the day. We got a full synthetic oil change and got our brakes replaced. Our car definitely feels better when we drive it. We'll be coming here again!”
