“I will be completely honest, not the greatest service as I ordered my tires came into my original appointment and the guy that helped me at the counter said my tires were not in yet and I should have gotten a phone call when my tires came in, which did not happen. My tires were back ordered. I then had to call myself to see if they finally came in to get my new appointment scheduled a week later. So they lack in the communication department BUT I would like to give a shout out to Jason as he was very apologetic when I came in for my second appointment and heard how much of a process this had been for me. He also made sure I still received the discounted rate for the tires I chose. He was the one who originally set me up with the tires and suggested the tires I should purchase and I will say I am SUPER happy with how they look and drive on my car. Price for the tires were almost $700 cheaper at Costco then Big O quote I received. So overall, it can be a process getting tires here but all things considered I feel like I got set up with the best $$$ and tires for my car so at the end of the day I am happy.
