“I will be completely honest, not the greatest service as I ordered my tires came into my original appointment and the guy that helped me at the counter said my tires were not in yet and I should have gotten a phone call when my tires came in, which did not happen. My tires were back ordered. I then had to call myself to see if they finally came in to get my new appointment scheduled a week later. So they lack in the communication department BUT I would like to give a shout out to Jason as he was very apologetic when I came in for my second appointment and heard how much of a process this had been for me. He also made sure I still received the discounted rate for the tires I chose. He was the one who originally set me up with the tires and suggested the tires I should purchase and I will say I am SUPER happy with how they look and drive on my car. Price for the tires were almost $700 cheaper at Costco then Big O quote I received. So overall, it can be a process getting tires here but all things considered I feel like I got set up with the best $$$ and tires for my car so at the end of the day I am happy. Thank you Jason for all your help along the way!”

“I desperately needed tires and I’m very busy and had not planned well but had time today to get tires. I called Big O and spoke with Anthony this morning and he was able to secure tires for my jeep and get them installed today even though I had terrible planning Big O came through and was able to get tires on my jeep. I really really need new tires. The new tires are amazing. No road noise no vibration. The customer service was bar none. They committed to beating any price which when I researched it they were the cheapest can’t say enough about my experience. Super positive. Great customer service great product. I initially reached out to A&B about getting a quote for a headlight bulb replacement, but unfortunately, I never heard back after my initial inquiry. I was disappointed with the lack of communication.
However, the owner, Calvin, eventually reached out to me personally, addressed the situation, and made things right. I really appreciate him taking the time to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved.
Communication is important, and while there was a misunderstanding and delay, I respect a business owner who takes responsibility and makes an effort to correct things. Thank you, Calvin, for making things right. I appreciate it and would be happy to give A&B another opportunity in the future. Thanks again Calvin!”

“Took my vehicle to the local dealership where I bought it for some work. I was having some major grinding noises on my driver side when making turns and backing up. The dealership quoted me over $3000 and days in the shop for the fix. I called C & T Tire based on a very strong recommendation from some friends. Worked with Chris, who was awesome. He got my vehicle in that day, explained exactly what he thought the issue was and what my options were. Zero pressure. He had the vehicle back to me next day (only because I couldn't pick it up that same night because of my schedule!) and charged me a fraction of what the dealership wanted to charge me. All problems with the vehicle were fixed. They've won my business for all car related issues going forward. Honest folks doing honest work, and doing it extremely well!”
“Their awesome, I’ve taken me & my boyfriends cars here for patches, replacement tires etc. and they’ve always had amazing prices and been super friendly. I also got a full set of brand new tires here well over a year ago and have them do my rotations as well, I drive a lot for work and they’ve never given me any issues at all.
