“I was beyond frustrated when I tried for 2 days to get into my storage...seems at some point, the lock I was given upon move in, did not match the 2 keys I had on my key ring. But after calling the office, Monday I spoke with Christine & she was absolutely amazing! She wasn't sure what happened exactly but she did provide me with a new lock & key set to replace the old and she herself, came out to my unit and cut the old one off for me. Amazingly, it was free fmof charge and she was absolutely awesome to work with through all this. I highly recommend Exrra Space Storage for the cost and additional help, when it was needed. Thank you miss, can't explain how much I appreciate ur help and assistance, as well as advice lol ?”
