Hands down the BEST UPS Store I’ve ever been to. The staff here are total rockstars—friendly, fast, and always on top of their game. Whether I’m dropping off a return, shipping something important, or just grabbing a few supplies, they make it quick, easy, and honestly enjoyable (which is saying a lot for errands!).
They’ve saved me more than once with last-minute help and never make you feel rushed or like a burden. You can tell they actually care, and that kind of service is rare these days.
If you’re looking for a place that gets things DONE and treats you like a human while doing it—this is it. 10/10 would recommend every time.”

“8/4/25- new review. I would like to add that the employees that worked today were so incredibly amazing. My pup has passed away a couple days ago and it was my first day off from brand new hi on so I had been pushing my emotions down really far. I thought getting out today to run couple errands would help and it prob wasn't the best idea. I had a crying meltdown in the store and your team was so incredibly compassionate. Helpful and patient. They didn't deserve any of that but they handled it with so much compassion and professionalism.
Also, Jude was great a few months ago when I came in. He went above and beyond that day just like your team today went above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for all
I came in today to use the computer to print out some pictures of my email and was having a hard time. Jepia came over and was so helpful and was showing me how to do it but basically did it for me. Great customer service and so friendly with a big smile on her face. Thanks Jepia for all your help”

“I just had a very positive experience at the UPS store on 700 Colorado Boulevard. They helped me with a standard pack and ship service when I brought in a toy for a friend, and even though I didn’t have a package and my body & emotions felt a bit chaotic, the customer service agent was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. They found a package for me, a perfect one with a little bit of room for me to throw in a couple extra toys, and in the end gave me something to write a note on to include in the package to my friend. I also met the owner, Chris, nice & professional thus learning that this UPS store is locally owned. Plus, I heard they have a notary service, which is super convenient. There’s a parking lot behind the building, and you can even shred sensitive documents for $1.25 per pound. The two all-star customer agents who helped me today were Sebastian and Maya; they were absolutely wonderful, bringing some levity to the situation while working hard. The have a giant RICOH printer ?️ which I hear is one of the best around! Overall, this is the best UPS store I’ve found in Denver, Colorado, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, even the Cherry Creek location, and somehow this one is even better. **Please note: They have a Roland machine for banners and posters, but the coolest part is they make stickers! The printer cuts them out for you, so you don’t have to, and they have fun samples like Bluey, Nintendo, Adventure Time, and Yu-Gi-Oh! If you visit, definitely ask for a sticker—whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart!”

“Just went in at the last minute, in need of boxes and tape. Didn’t have exactly what I needed, but the clerk, Jennifer, was absolutely more than helpful. Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!”
“This is a 10-star establishment. Any negative reviews likely don't understand the nature of parcel logistics or have much else to compare to. As an experienced small business owner who operates via USPS and other couriers, I can tell you this is BY FAR the VERY BEST shipping station I've been to across a multitude of cities and states. The customer service is unparalleled. This amazingly kind woman maintains her wonderful attitude towards everyone no matter what. She knows the ins and outs to offer expert level service and ensure the best outcome for whatever you've got. Her rapport with the mailing personnel as well as customers is above and beyond. The multitasking I've seen is extraordinary. She is at least 3 people at any given without fault. This place is a gem and you'll know exactly who I'm speaking of if you get the chance. Extraordinary. Best of the best, hands down!”

“I have been using this store for a while now, and they're always fast and friendly. Even with a lot of Amazon returns, if the self-serve kiosk isn't working, someone is always there to help and never makes me feel bad for having a lot of items, which I've experienced at other stores. I've had a couple of things with Amazon get delayed, and that's not the UPS store's fault, and when I've called them, they've been incredibly kind and helpful. It feels rare these days to get personal service like that, especially with a big shipping company.”

I was able to get fast, friendly help with that at the closest location to my home. Amidst moving to a new apartment, my husband was able to purchase some more packing tape there as well.”
