Giovanni quoted me when I took my 4Runner in for an oil change and made me understand the recommended service to be done and why it was needed. As someone who doesn’t understand cars this was extremely helpful. If it wasn’t for Giovanni helping me understand the process, I probably wouldn’t have gotten this much work done. He was extremely helpful from quoting, booking, and scheduling a Lyft to get me back and forth. Couldn’t recommend enough.
