“I don't normally review banks, but this branch is a shining example of how a bank should operate. We went in with an appointment and were a bit early. They were happy to see us and took us right in. When more help was needed, the bank manager stepped in and made us feel like her friends while she helped us with our needs. When asking for the same thing at our local branch (in Northern California) I was told that they don't do that in the branch and that I would have to call the main line. When I called the main line the gentleman said that I should have been able to take care of my needs in the branch and that I should not have been told what I was told. Being treated like welcome guests here was a very nice surprise. Yes, it's a big, national bank. Give them a chance.”
