Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. “We had a major overhaul on our kitchen. The design process was pain free and super helpful. Went with the Georgian style in Winter Blue. The staff at the Newington location were all so courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Going into the VR suite in the design process made things so easy to move drawers/cabinets/counters around in a fluid and practical manner. The contractor they hired for my kitchen was the renovations contractor that built their showroom so I was put at ease with that. The build team (hired by Wren, included in the price) were super neat and asked for feedback on certain options on the fly. The very knowledgeable quality control team came in to ensure the build process was top notch, showing obvious trust in the team they put in place. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely excellent, and we never felt out of the loop or stressed out about it. Thanks!!!”

Despite my admitting right off the bat that I live in NH, I am in the early stages of a new kitchen design, and I am already committed to a kitchen designer up here, Linda and John were extremely welcoming and generous with their time, allowing me to ask lots of questions and benefit from their expertise with no benefit to themselves!
