“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. “I'll be very honest with my review. I began shopping at Crate and Barrel after seeing them on social media and deciding to check it out. First, they have the sophisticated rustic style that I love, but I struggle to choose the right pieces for my home. We have a beautiful house that could use some updating with the right pieces, but I never had any help with as customer at Pottery Barn for the past 5 years. Also, I never felt welcomed there, except by two of their employees.
In contrast, at Crate and Barrel, I feel welcomed, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. This prompted me to replace some furniture and pieces in my house. I had a meeting with a wonderful designer from Crate and Barrel at my home to update some rooms. Darla who came to my house to check it, is not just an amazing Crate and Barrel designer; but she's a wonderful person who suggested the perfect choices for us. Without a doubt, my future shopping will be at Crate and Barrel. Not only because their pieces are gorgeous and high-quality, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy.

“We had a major overhaul on our kitchen. The design process was pain free and super helpful. Went with the Georgian style in Winter Blue. The staff at the Newington location were all so courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Going into the VR suite in the design process made things so easy to move drawers/cabinets/counters around in a fluid and practical manner. The contractor they hired for my kitchen was the renovations contractor that built their showroom so I was put at ease with that. The build team (hired by Wren, included in the price) were super neat and asked for feedback on certain options on the fly. The very knowledgeable quality control team came in to ensure the build process was top notch, showing obvious trust in the team they put in place. The whole process from start to finish was absolutely excellent, and we never felt out of the loop or stressed out about it. Thanks!!!”
