“I shopped at Floor & Decor today and was absolutely amazed by Crystal's help. She made everything so much easier for me with her patience, kindness, and great guidance whenever I was indecisive. It is wonderful to see employees who care so much about customer satisfaction. If you visit this store, I highly recommend looking for Crystal!”

“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. This is an amazing team and we can't thank them enough for their efforts. Our next project is the master bathroom, and we won't even consider calling anyone except Holland Kitchens.”

“Ariel made my buying experience so enjoyable. She was friendly and customer focused. First, I bought a storage bed that was perfect - floor model on sale. When the drawer didn't open smoothly, she let me spray silicone on the track to see if that would help. I went to a nearby hardware store and that resolved the issue immediately! She ensured the bed was packed up according to my timeline and she was just an overall joy to work with. About a week later, she helped my husband and I purchase a super comfy couch (fall sale!) and we are awaiting that delivery now. She has been patient and customer service oriented and very helpful throughout our buying process. A joy to work with! When I was browsing the oven pans Eileen was super helpful when I was asking to look at the list of any chemicals that might be in the pan. She helped steer me away from one brand to another and I appreciate her true customer service approach. I found her to be helpful and trustworthy and care more about keeping me as a happy customer rather than getting a single sale. I didn't buy the pans that day but I will be purchasing ones C&B sell online.”
