“Went there with my daughter for a passport appointment. Quick, great service, and seamless! I went to the Avon USPS and they canceled my appointment without calling. At this location, their photo services were down but they called me to let me know with plenty of time for me to go to the CVS across the street beforehand. This is definitely my go to USPS from now on!”
“I must say Nick at the Granby office is the most helpful USPS employee I have ever spoken with. I had a lost package that he was able to help me get situated. After hours on the 800 number I decided to call the local office and he managed to get it resolved in under an hour with a CALL BACK to confirm as well. As someone who manages a sales staff and constant phone comms I have to say this was some of the best customer support I have ever had across all markets. This man deserves 100 stars. Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had with USPS and have zero complaints even with the package being delayed. As a whole Im not fond of the new USPS process however that is not their mistake. New sorting machines etc. that were forced on them is why packages are behind not the workers. Remember that.”

“The blonde lady with glasses is pretty nice but the other lady makes me a bit uncomfortable. I try to avoid her as much as I can. I wish they would post shifts because yikes it just feels like she hates everyone and makes you walk on eggshells tbh I try to leave there as fast as I can. Even just being in the line is uncomfortable to be honest because it affects the whole atmosphere of the place. She does her work though without issue! It's just that Id rather avoid her shift so I'd appreciate it if you would let us know who will be in when. Either way I hope that lady gets well soon but once again she works just fine.”

“I came for passport services and the service received was 5+.Staff was courteous, professional, and detailed.I just moved to Simsbury and earlier in the week I went to the Simsbury one onHopMeadow . The service was awful, The agent in Simsbury treated me like an idiot and was rude..What a difference 4.7 miles makes.”
“It's alright. Sometimes its really slow... but if there is only like 2 people in line... you should be ok. ,the counter staff (98% of them) have attitudes, never smile (unless being condescending). I feel uncomfortable ASKING these People any questions. I feel like if i ask a question that requires actual work to answer, i will catch the sharp end of the most DISGUSTED look in history. We, the public, are definitely burdening these depressed individuals. I am not sure how they keep thier jobs..unless,of course, the manager is the head cheerleader. Who knows. Next time you're there, smile and say hello how is your day, to the cashier....?”

“I gave this PO 5 stars a couple years back, and still rate it the same now in September 2024. The staff are always pleasant when I am there, to myself and other customers. sometimes customers get frustrated but this seems to be due to customers not fully understanding the system; or because of an extended wait when this PO is not adequately staffed. Always the staff are working hard and diligently. I would give this PO more stars if I could!”
“This post office is usually very busy. The folks here are friendly and do their best, and are also usually very overwhelmed and understaffed. If I'm in a rush, I go elsewhere.”
