“Fist time going to this ACE hardware and can I just say please promote your head cashier. She has so many skills. I watched the line of 10 people accumulate behind me as she call for a price check she then order something for the back for another customer and rang out everyone in line before my issue was resolved by another staff member. She did it with a smile on her face. She made people feel good in a very stressful situation most people would have attitudes will make customers feel like they aren’t doing enough not Tameisha (I hope I’m spelling it right). She deserves every promotion she ask for because she is that girl very very kind and I will be coming back again.”
“You wouldn't think this place has what you need cause they are so small. Believe it or not, every time I go their for some odd ball random thing, they have it!! I needed a golf cart key made, went to 4 other places that looked at me like i had 2 heads before i remembered they made keys, they had it done in like 2 minutes. Always a pleasure going there, very friendly staff, fast, definitely recommend!”

“Thanks to Gerard,I had a very exceptional experience here. I needed two specific specialty boards that were difficult to find, and two other lumber yards declined to even help me. It wasn't a big $$ sale, but Gerard was very helpful and friendly and even accommodated me when I asked to have one ripped down. I bought this wood sight unseen, and they picked out two perfect pieces. Thank you Bushka's. I will definitely come back here and I recommend this place.”
“Best staff and great Manager, Mr. Anger Diaz. We were traveling to Richmond, VA and needed a cargo carrier. It was dark outside, cold and raining pretty hard. Mr. Anger Diaz allowed us to put the cargo carrier together inside the store area. We had a great trip home that evening. Big shout out to this store and the staff!!!”
“12.19.23 This is one of the better hardware stores in this area. Great customer service every time I come here. Yes, their prices are a little more expensive than some if the big box stores but anytime I've had a question about something I didn't know they've always been able to answer it and/or solve it for me. They do have a good assortment of different items and if they don't have it or have been out of stock they have either ordered it or got it back in stock in a short amount of time. They do have a small parking lot. They're located not far off of route 8. Only about a mile off of the highway. Tis the season upon us for ice and snow, they've always had ice melt in stock when the big box stores have sold out. So don't be to quick to forget about them or discount them. They're a great resource there when you need it. Stop on by. You'll see.”

“Although I use the West Springfield, Massachusetts location on Page Blvd. This is the ultimate supplier for Pittsburgh PPG, California Paints & Storm Systems by California, they sell Zinsser Rustoleum products such as BIN Alkyd as well as Wooster Lind beck Extra firm brushes as well as the Arrow worthy Rembrant edition fine quality brushes. There is a home decorating section as well offering a multitude of options. Great pricing on materials, everything from sanding sponges & sandpaper to roller sleeves, extensions, compound knives and service repairs on sprayers and power washers, always sheer excellence on behalf of the staff and managers, Josh is the man when it comes to mixing to create existing color matches! Great store.”
“I've used these guys many times in the last year ot so and they'd become my go to for certain things. Items always arrived on time and as described so until now I'd never had to deal with customer service....until now.
I had to overnight a few items because of an oversight on a job I was working. Paid the 250 to get them quickly. Git confirmation ema and even tracking pretty quickly. Problem arose the next morning when I woke up to another email from ups stating shipping was rescheduled and that they didn't have the items yet.
I immediately emailed and later called to try and resolve this as fast as possible. After several emails (the last one still unabswered days later) and phone calls I was told ups dropped the ball but I'd have it next day. Fine, mistakes happen (although label wasn't created for 3 hours after my order) but here's my problem.....I asked what was going to be done in regards to the $250 I paid for overnight when 2 day shipping is half the cost.
I was told they were working with ups to get it figured out....I'm sorry but after 4 days I still don't have an answer and I don't feel like I as the end customer should be waiting while you (CD) straighten this out with the shipper YOU hired.
If this happens with a sub on one of my jobs I would immediately refund my customer and then fight with the sub myself. Not tell my customer sorry about your luck, you'll get a refund if/when we do.
It's sad because I am ordering a new snap cutter and as a business I will always need more product but this has left a terrible taste in my mouth

after posting my review I was contacted fairly quickly and the situation was corrected. I held back 1 star because I shouldn't have had to take this public to get results but I will continue to use them provided there's no further issues”

“Love this place. I've always received great customer service from getting wood cut, to help with paint, plants, flooring, I've never been in a department I didn't get help in. Customer service is a breeze to return things or pay your HD cc bill. The app is kinda sucky tho when they do inventory or when they rearrange items. But that's a glitch all HD's have. I deducted a star for location. It is NOT in the best spot. It's a lil sketchy, especially @ night. Keep your head on a swivel. Situational awareness is a MAJOR thing these days.”
