“This is one of the better storage facilities that I have used ever. The staff is friendly and the storage areas are clean and safe. They offer lots of options in storage sizes and U-Haul trucks. Also they have climate controlled storage which in most cases you can't even get from some of the bigger named places like U Store it. Would recommend checking it out. Prices are very reasonable.”

“Our local Staples is such a great store. Not only can I find whatever I need but I also earn points for every purchase by being a reward member. Those reward points never expire. I also can quickly and easily ship packages from Staples. The cost of the products and services are reasonable and oftentimes you can use your points earned toward your purchase to save dollars. “The rating to this post office is inaccurate af, should be a 5, and some people shouldn’t be allowed to rate businesses especially if they don’t know how to spell fgs!!! This is BY FAR THE BEST post office around!! Everyone from the, managers Melody and Joe (assisted me regarding a missing package) to the front Troitenaya, Sandra, and Ortega (who work hard and deal with the public with integrity and grace, as a team)!! They are family to me because I choose to go to THIS location instead of the horrible Derby post office. I get all of my business done here and they always know what to do and how to do it. I absolutely ADORE them and will stand by them! I have personally seen ALL of them deal with the “lovely” public and let me tell you, it’s not easy but somehow they remain professional and kind. Never have I ever seen them be “rude” or any other ridiculous lie I have read. Don’t believe everything you see especially by people who aren’t reliable sources. I go to this location at least 3-6 times a week so I’m a reliable source. Trust me! I only wish they had a self package check-in to help when the line is busy. THAT is my only wish and it’s not a complaint js it would help (but it is kinda small so I understand) lol. Thanks Ansonia post office family for all of your hard work and all you do!!!!”

“I have my mailbox at this store. The owner and staff have always been friendly and courteous to me and I've witnessed many customer interactions that were the same. The negative interactions are typically from a customer yelling at the staff usually caused by the customer screwing their own stuff up. I'm confused as to why there's so many bad reviews but I think it's mainly from entitled folks. #1 The UPS store didn't cause the pandemic. #2 The UPS store doesn't control your crappy buying habits that lead to you needing to return your crap back to Amazon. How do I know this? Because I have to stand in line behind you folks every day to get my mail. Buy your own packing tape. Bringing an open package to return that's not taped is like wiping your a** before you go.”
