“On Wednesday, November 29th, I originally went to Kohls to make some Amazon returns. I arrived around 4:30 pm. The Amazon return line was really long, which is totally understandable due to holiday sales. There was only one lady working at the Amazon returns desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she had dark hair, glasses, and was wearing a blue plaid shirt. She asked for help using her walkie-talkie.All of a sudden, an employee came running to her. This was a newer employee because she said she was only trained on Amazon returns once. I don’t know her name either, but like I said she was new, she has blonde hair, and was wearing a green shirt and I heard her say she worked in the kids department.The lady that called for help quickly gave the new girl a quick on hand training on how to sort and scan items. This new employee TOOK IT ON LIKE A CHAMP!! I believe and feel this employee sincerely dwarves the recognition that she deserves, new or not. And props to the First Lady for asking for help. But MAJOR props to the new employee who took on on-demand, on hand training in a real life situation.Again, the new employee with blonde hair and wearing a green shirt on Wednesday, November 29th, helping the lonely Amazon return lady showed extreme teamwork and workmanship. She deserves to be acknowledged!!”

“Conveniently located, Costco is frequently our go to shopping location. Costco gas is almost always less than surrounding locations, so combined with great value items in the store, the trip pays off if we need to fill up. People ask us why we belong to Costco, since there's just the two of us: how much TP can you guys use, they ask. Honestly, we don't buy a lot of bulk items, but we've booked a cruise, vacations, and have bought three cars through Costco, so we value our membership more than you might think. The New Britain store is clean, with a pleasant, informed staff.”

“Love the pick up service. App is a little hard to use on your phone, desktop is easier. A few times they didn't have what I needed, and once gave me a zucchini instead of a cucumber. But overall the pick up seems to be pretty cool and works out well for us as a family. I got some expired milk when I ordered it, and had to go back to the store to swap it with another. I noticed in the case, that there were several milks that were also expired in the case. I just hope that the people working there can focus on those dates especially with perishable items.”

“I love the store. There's so much choices, but there is one area of opportunity. I work in customer service and I tell my team if it's quiet trust me if there's one person in the store they can hear everything and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I will tell you the language that came out of one of the store reps talking to another rep was extremely unprofessional. Using profound words that were unnecessary. I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything.I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it. Use the back office they need to discuss personal issues.”

I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”
