Have sometimes experienced long wait times at customer service but recently these appear to have improved remarkably.
Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”

“Almost all the staff are Spanish; any question... No satisfactory answer. They treat customers so roughly. I hate to go to two Walmarts, one is this one and the other is at Flatbush Hartford.”

“I usually shop at Walmart in Wallingford or the pike. Usually the pike runs out of certain toys,clothes etc. If u can't find it on the pike( Newington or Berlin) Try Wallingford. Or order it online and pick it up there. It's different. I had to get my son a mr.beast lab hybrid 5 pack and it's like 35-45$ it said it was in stock AT the Walmart on the Berlin tpke, I got there proceeded to the aisle it told me to go to(J21) Well I went 15 minutes after searching for it,there was no Mr beast labs anywhere.i thought ok maybe they moved them, I looked and looked. I finally found a lady walking around for help and she punched the # in her lil gadget that I had and says I'm sorry we are out of stock... Ummm but u just told me that THIS location had them. So no Mr.Beast lab there, My son had a very good week at school and he reached a milestone so I really wanted to get him something to show him when you do good u get better gifts. I would have ordered it from Walmart but I am old school I like my cash. So I tried a store across the street cuz I didn't wanna drive that far. Got it across the street for 5$ more but still got it .. My advice if your set on getting something and your able to pick it up,id order it...It will save you ALOTTTTTTT of frustration,anger,STRESS, With the please mommmmmyyyyy. Smh. He's my only so u know how that goes. LOL. This Walmart if u catch it when they're fully stocked is Great!!! Prices are great!! Value is good, even has a nail salon and fast food. You can eat lunch, go shopping then finish off with ur nails or nails then shopping but I get nervous after nails are just done I wait a few hours. Lol. OVERALL 8/10”

“I had come here a few times last week to get a few things since I was in the area and had a great experience both times I had went. I was able to find everything I needed and even a few things I didn’t need too including a cure UConn sweatshirt lol. The store as a whole was very nice and clean and had a great selection of things too.”
