Kitchen & Bath near Bloomfield, CT

“Working with the entire staff at Timeless was excellent! From the designer to the technicians and installers- everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have an enormous selection of products and go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for! I would recommend to anyone needing stone installation in a project!”

“Granite & Kitchen Studio provided us with excellent service for our kitchen countertop remodel. Devon was very knowledgeable in helping us to decide on the stone we ultimately chose to use – quartzite, where to personally select a slab, then helped us to achieve the best layout to take advantage of the slab’s most interesting features while minimizing visible seams. After an installer came by to make precise measurements and view the specific considerations of our current counter, Devon was able to set up an installation date with the installers and carpenter soon thereafter. The installers Aaron and Wilson and carpenter Lance were clearly pros, and did the work with care, paying special attention to detail. Our plumber from Ted’s Plumbing did a great job also, before and after the counter installation, to set up our new undermount sink. We are very pleased with our new countertop and with our experience in working with the Studio staff – all at a reasonable price.”

“We would highly recommend Torrco Design Center. We completely remodeled one bathroom making it fully accessible and we also remodeled our master bathroom. Both projects were completely different and unique. Working with Sarah was a dream! Her knowledge and professionalism was presented with warmth and ease and she was timely in all communications. Sarah listened to what we did and did not want and responded accordingly while being able to expose us to a variety of options. The quality of materials was excellent. Working with Torrco made the discomfort of the a bathroom remodel as easy as possible.”

“I can’t match socks and my wife was at work the day I had to pick up the tile we had ordered for the bathroom. I found I needed edging for this and not being able to pick socks that match was at risk. Helen is brilliant. She went through all the options between what are called pencils and Schluter and help me find a perfect color match even without my wife being there. Roynette topped it off at the register with a constant smile and wrapping the purchase up for me since my arm is in sling. This is a great store and I look forward to the day. I need more tile.”

“My husband and I had such a great experience with Pistretto Marble that we highly recommend them to everyone! From the first experience of choosing the granite for countertops and tile for our backsplash to the final touches, they were excellent. They worked with us every step of the way, providing excellent communication and skill in all phases of the project. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and are thrilled with the finished product. Thank you Sabrina and Mariella!

“Fantastic experience with The Kitchen & Floor Store. Great working with Carlie and all the gentlemen who removed my old kitchen sink, backsplash and countertops and installed all new. They were all timely, cleaned up after each job and professional. Love the final result ❤ Highly recommend !!”

“I had the pleasure of working with Nikki and couldn’t recommend her more. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made what could have felt overwhelming so much easier. Nikki took the time to walk me through all of my options and helped me choose the perfect shower and bathroom fixtures. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to listen really stood out. I’m so happy with how everything turned out, and I’m truly grateful for her guidance!”

“John helped us design/remodel our kitchen and a few years later our bathroom. Highly recommend! He and everyone he works with is professional, communicate well, and the results exceed expectations!”

“We recently completed a kitchen remodel with this company in Newington and couldn't be happier with the results. The new kitchen came out absolutely beautiful and honestly made our house look so much nicer. The quality of the cabinets, countertops, and workmanship really shows. The team was professional, easy to work with, and kept us informed throughout the project. If you're looking for a kitchen remodeling contractor in the Newington area, I highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience LCN kitchen and bath. Norm showed up all the time to make sure the contractors were on schedule and doing the work we all agreed on. Very easy to work with. Patient with my selections, which took me about 3 months to decide. Would love to download pictures but I do not see a place to do it.”

“Our challenge was a small interior kitchen with little natural light, very little counter space and poorly designed storage options. Jim and Sara listened to what we wanted and came up with several very creative solutions. They were patient throughout our angst of getting things just right - configuration, color, material, lighting and every detail we could imagine. We now have a wonderful view out to the yard, lots of counter space and lots of thoughtful storage for everything.John, and Ed managed the entire installation process and always kept us informed of the schedule. Everyone who worked in our home - Henry, Daniel, Greg - were always on time, did meticulous work and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our house was treated as a home, not a workshop.Every step was properly managed and, well communicated. We have not one negative remark for the entire process. This is an amazing team and we can't thank them enough for their efforts. Our next project is the master bathroom, and we won't even consider calling anyone except Holland Kitchens.”

“I had a great experience today! I worked with Rick and Rose to solve a purchase deadline. I’ve been shopping around for a bathroom vanity for a few weeks! Rick the salesperson was very knowledgeable and personable. This was my fourth trip to the East Hartford store and he was in the midst of replacing a sink, yet willing to assist me with my questions. He gave me insight on two different items and allowed me to make a decision which led to a purchase that was almost nixed. Todd and Luke were the only people in the store my more recent visits where I had no interactions. No one was willing to even approach and inquire if I needed assistance or had any questions about my visit into the store prior. Thing is I had been here back in March to search for a vanity and sink. Rick was the only person to assist at that visit as well I recall due to his accent. Thank you Rick! Thank you also Rose!”

“Our contractor and architect recommended Torrco for fixtures for our new kitchen and bathroom. The showroom is beautifully designed and there were lots of samples to see. We worked with Sarah who quickly understood our taste and steered us in the right direction. She was attentive throughout our long build-out and always very responsive. We received expert advice and high quality products. It was a great experience and one-stop shopping for everything we needed.”

“Very helpful staff. Purchased a floor model desk (over 50% off, no defects). They secured it and took care of my order. I was able to pick up very easily with my box truck and safely get it to my new office setup in Bristol. Highest of standards and friendly customer service. Also purchased a small lamp for my son’s bedroom. Will be back.”
