“Jesse from west Hartford branch of ‘Relax the back’ in CT, went above and beyond the call of duty for us. The owner of the Relax the Back which sold us our chair was being very rude and unhelpful and we were desperately in need of some guidance on how to solve our issue. Jesse had nothing to gain from talking to us, but he took a ton of time out of his busy weekend at the store to patiently talk us through our questions. We would have been sweating bullets if it weren't for his help. I wish he had been the person we bought the chair from initially. In the future, we will only buy from him when it comes time to upgrade - even though he's over an hour away from us. We highly recommend Jesse and his store, he seems like someone who will stand by his customers no matter what!”

We wanted to take him to a family funeral out of state, and I was able to swing by and pickup a great chair the same afternoon I called. Rental rates were super reasonable, and Jack helped us pick from several models and sizes to get the right chair for us. Easy pickup and drop off. Would highly recommended, and our family will look to Jack and team in the future for home healthcare equipment. Great local business!”
