“quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”
“My UHaul canceled the night before my move and I called Keith and had a pickup time, insurance, and contract for a reasonable price signed in less than 90 minutes for a NEXT DAY cross state move. The crew at AllardSend saved the day. Armad and Ahmed worked extremely hard, were punctual and never took a second to complain about the heat. For the price point, these guys delivered beyond what I expected. Based on reading some yelp reviews on these guys, people expect all their furniture to be bubble wrapped and transported with white gloves by movers, however that's not always realistic. These guys bust their butts and we had barely any damage to our belongings, better than most other companies I've worked with. Be realistic, wrap your nice items purposefully, and you'll have a good experience.”

“Ashley Ganon at DHL West Hartford has been a great help with ensuring my package is delivered safely & when I am available to receive it! I was on vacation & contacted by Ashley, asking if I had any need to reschedule because a signature was required for delivery. Realizing I would love to have the date switched, it was does seamlessly and in a timely manner that didn’t result in chaos. That is so appreciated. “My family visited on May 3,2024 for my baby son's passport appointment. Oksana was very helpful and friendly. I brought with me a filled out DS11, my son's birth certificate, a photocopy of the certificate which wasn't needed, parents' IDs, one photocopy of the front of the IDs together and and another for the back, and the check made out to US department of State which I had to add my son's first name and date of birth to the bottom. Oksana was able to take a really nice photo of my son. I paid the $35 execution fee and $15 photo fee by credit card.”
“I’ve come here twice for a multi-step service (notary, witness signing, scanning, copying, and mailing - all for one set of documents!), and Alec and the team could not have been more patient, kind, and helpful. That place gets slammed sometimes, but they never act stressed or overwhelmed. They just focus on giving every customer the help they need as efficiently as possible. They’re the best!”
“I originally ordered a new desk chair online for pickup at the Watertown location, but unfortunately they found it was damaged. I ordered again in West Simsbury, and found that in store they had the chair for $50 cheaper in-store than online. I mentioned that to associate Matt and he said he would handle it no problem! They reduced the price to the store price & I also mentioned I had a $15 online coupon that I used but it was fine because the in-store price was even cheaper than online with it. Matt mentioned it to the manager Mark and got approval to take another $15 off!! From being bummed out by the Watertown store to being happy I took the trip because of Matt & Mark! Thank you guys!!! I will be back!”
“After a very poor customer service experience at Glastonbury i decided to call the west Hartford location to see if i would get some help beyond "you have to have the design in your email" (for business cards). I called print & marketing (in west hartford) , shared the nightmare i had at Glastonbury with Alyssa. She was so awesome! very understanding and even invited me to their location to help my situation. When i arrived i was so impressed ! i met Mike the manager there and he shared his sympathy with me but then not only helped me get my order right. He also guided me through the mobile app and helped me save some rewards points for the next visit. Between Alyssa and Mike i'll absolutely take that 20 min drive from Glastonbury for my business supply needs. Thank u guys so much !”
