“Levi and his team did a stellar job handling/packing & shipping my great grandmother's china, crystal, vases & numerous other fragile items from Farmington, CT to Hawaii. The items ALL arrived safely without even a flea bite on them. An amazing job of securely packing all the items in bubblewrap, double boxing everything with foam liners, and tightly securing everything into a custom built third box strapped securely to a shipping crate. I highly recommend this business for safely, economically and expeditiously shipping your valuable items.”

“I went sometime in the last hour before close. Originally I meant to go to the USPS, but working during the hours they are open is a huge inconvenience. Bit the bullet; my sister's birthday gift was already late at this point. I searched up Fedex (I didn't want to patronize the UPS store I had most recently been to) and hopped in the car with my GPS on. The location itself was very convenient--literally on my way to the grocery store, no detours even to a side street. What really made it special? Diane, who checked me out. For someone at the end of her shift, Diane was both cheerful and super helpful. I don't ship packages often enough to have a favorite place, but I know where I'm going if I do need to.”
“Decent if you're using the self-service kiosk. There are times when it may be acting up, no physical receipt, trouble with the label scanner, but you can always have the digital copy sent to your email. Great for busy ebay and Amazon sellers.”

“I gave this PO 5 stars a couple years back, and still rate it the same now in March 2026. The staff are always pleasant when I am there, to myself and other customers. sometimes customers get frustrated but this seems to be due to customers not fully understanding the system; or because of an extended wait when this PO is not adequately staffed. Always the staff are working hard and diligently. I would give this PO more stars if I could!”

“We love this restaurant that serves Desi food (Pakistan, Bangladesh, India).
This is our go-to restaurant for one of our favorite dishes — Tihari — a special type of Biryani made with a special short grain rice (Kalijeera) and with tender pieces of Beef perfect cooked, Tihari is highly popular in Bangladesh.
We don’t find Tihari anywhere else in CT.
Highly recommended!”
