“Love this hidden gem! I have called three times in the last two weeks for certain products for a specific need. One of the young gentlemen even took the time to google to ensure the product they carried would meet my need. You just don't see that anymore. Please support these small business!!!”

“I had a desk top sanded. They offer a bunch of services that one might not be able to complete in a small shop. The staff was great. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. They also answered questions about finishing products. Pricing was fair and the service was fast. I will definitely use them again.”

“Holy cow this place has everything. Great selection of products from paint, hardware to power equipment and most everything in-between too. FYI .. it's not a convenience store though, get your munchies fix elsewhere.”

“Love love love these old shops . Has tons of great weird shit. It's not orange or blue so that's worth four stars right there. People are nice, slightly expensive but everything is these days. And if you just need three screws you can just get three screws you're not going to have to pay $14 for a box that you'll never finish. I got a knife sharpener. Pretty happy with it.”

“I wish I could give them more stars. Great service and attention to detail. Been here more than 50 times and its the same quality every time.... exceptional would be an understatement”

“I absolutely love this hardware store. My husband and I take pride in supporting local businesses, and this one truly stands out. The owner and staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions with genuine care. Every summer, when I’m hauling home bag after bag of rocks and mulch, the team never hesitates to lend a hand. Their kindness and willingness to help make even the heaviest tasks feel lighter. I’ll gladly go out of my way to avoid big-box stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s—nothing compares to the service and heart of our hometown hardware store. And as a sweet bonus, they carry incredible local honey that I can’t get enough of. It’s just one more reason I’m such a devoted fan.”

“Fantastic local hardware store with friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually take the time to help instead of pointing you down an aisle and disappearing. The selection is great, prices are fair, and they seem to have exactly what you need for projects big or small. The store is clean, well organized, and shopping here feels way more personal than the big box stores. Highly recommend supporting this place if you want great service and people who know their stuff!”

“Storm prep: I picked up a small heater yesterday. I needed it to use with my gas generator for my dessert reptiles, in case we lose power. We pulled it out of the box this morning to see how effective it will be. Well, it wasn't working properly. It was apparent it had been previously returned. I was prepared to deal with staff not caring, as is often the case in most stores, but not here! I called Mark the manager and experienced proper customer service and genuine help. Thank you Mark! Mark went above and beyond to ensure our problem was resolved, and even at a discount, for our time. Thank you again for your professionalism and kindness.”

“A small tension spring broke on my new Ferris mower. I called my closest dealer in MA and they said they didn’t have, didn’t check anywhere else, and said we’d have to order and be a week at least. It’s spring and tons of rain, I couldn’t wait. Called Sudden and gentleman said he didn’t have, but he then checked other locations, which didn’t have either, but he said I could order and since he was already ordering from Ferris he could add to the order. They received it the next day and even took the time to help disassemble their showroom mower to help show me how to install it. Fantastic experience and willingness to help even though I didn’t purchase the mower there. They’ve got a new customer now, thank you folks.”

“Very convenient place to rent rarely used power tools. They are super helpful and will help you load and unload. The Home Depot app is also super convenient as it keeps track of inventory and lets you know how many of a particular tool they have, or if you have to look in a neighboring store.”

“Friendly and efficient customer service. I went to pick up my massive laminate floor order. Peter kindly said he would meet me at the lumber door entrance. Peter and Aiden then assisted in filling my entire car quickly and safely with my huge order. I didn't have to lift a finger. Would definitely recommend this Home Depot to anyone. Outstanding speed and service.”

“Went in because I had a very clogged toilet and had already bought an auger at Lowes that did not work - it was too rigid to twist into the shape of the pipe. One of the employees saw me and suggested I not buy the one in my hand because he'd tried it and it didn't work. He helped me find a different one - Rigid brand ironically - and let me tell you, in less than 30 seconds my toilet was working again! He saved my day!”
