“Kohls in Waterbury has excellent customer service. Their associate are friendly & knowledgeable. I wish people would learn from the associate named Marie. She's a sweetheart ? she's kind & takes the time to listen to the customer. She's a reflection of impeccable customer service!!! She also goes out her way to greet customers even when she's busy checking out the people in front of her. Oh, I can't forget the associate at the Sephora station. I don't know her name, but I tell you...she was friendly & a great SALES PERSON!!!”
“Boscov's is my favorite department store. I buy all my clothes at their Meriden location. They always have a large selection of clothes always at a fair price. When you purchase something the Boscov's employees always put your purchase in the most beautiful, high quality Boscov's plastic bag. Boscov's is a total class act.”

“T.J. Maxx, Meriden, CT store #1370. I have been shopping in this store for over 7 years and I have to say that I'm very happy to see that the store has new merchandise every time I visit but merchandise is not the only reason why I shop there. With my busy schedule I have been putting it off to write this review but I finaly have few minutes and have to say that the store manager Jonathan Johnson (JJ) deserves to be praised for his wonderful managerial skills. Jonathan helped me on a couple of occasions and he was very kind, listened, showed emphaty and apologized and took control of the situation that at the end it was all good. The second time he has helped me with an online return because it required an exception. Jonathan has real genuine customer service approach, stays calm and listens to you and is always polite. I have to add that I worked as a bank manager for many years and I know what good customer service is when I see one. Good manager such as Jonathan will lead his team always in the right direction.”
“Pretty cool place to shop at. You’re welcomed when you come in the door by staff. They sell everything from seasonal items to lipstick. T shirts arts and crafts toys. Candles. Nail kits. Hair accessories. Sports equipment. Electronics like phone covers and wires to speakers. And some pet supplies and candy ( what used to be penny candy is now a bit more )

“Good selection of curtains and rugs. Plenty of other home decor items along with a few other finds. Fairly priced inventory with some items found to be aggressively discounted priced from time to time. You can find some nice clothes sometimes too and spend much less. Great place to browse and I usually end up picking up something without breaking the bank”

“For as rundown, as the mall is, this store is still somehow hanging on! The staff do an excellent job at keeping the place clean, keeping the riffraff out, keeping up with their sales and overall just being kind and polite to the customers.
I frequently walk through here to get to the massage place that’s located within the mall. And I cannot help but stop and look through the clearance section, and usually buy something! ? I’m not really wanting to shop full price items, I tend to wait for things to go on sale or clearance and their clearance section is wonderful!
If you need school clothes, they tend to have a wide variety, including uniforms that are appropriate for the Waterbury school system!
My husband also purchased my wedding ring set from JCPenney, thankfully, we opted for the lifetime warranty. As we have had an ongoing situation with one of the diamonds repeatedly falling out, thankfully, JCPenney honors their warranty, fixes it and send it back in a timely manner! I really enjoy shopping at the store!”

“The amount of items in this location are quite indulging, I brought my hoes here last week and the huzz were delighted by the fond environment surrounding them, except for the ominous presence emitting from the backroom. And a stranflge oder of horse (thoroughbred american saddler) unrine? Seemed a little off in this type of establishment. I would not bring my dog here he said he wouldnt like it.

“I enjoy shopping here especially in the clearance racks.They have really unique snacks and I'm always looking for funky flavored ones. On my most recent trip, I purchased the peach rings with tajin, mango chili taffy, fat free coffee flavoring, supplements, and home decor.I noticed that the aisles were really cramped especially walking through with a cart; it will not fit two carts so if there is another person in the aisle, there might be a cart accident lol.Cashiers has been pretty friendly so far. This is the closest HG to me so I'll be frequenting it.”
“I came in this morning to pick up an online order. There was a problem with the order. I naturally was upset and frustrated, however the manager (Hazel think I heard someone call her) calmed me down and was extremely helpful and handled the situation. Put a smile on my face and saved Christmas for my son. The best costumer service .. matter of fact the only good customer service I’ve received since the pandemic. She definitely won me over and I will be shopping at Target only from now on. She won you guys a customer for life! Thank you Hazel!”
“They're pretty cool here. I'm delivering here and they let park in the back no problem. However, the alley dock is ridiculous! Very difficult to get lined up because there is zero room to maneuver! I was brushing the trees and on a patch of dirt that probably everyone winds up on. Be prepared to have your backing skills challenged if you're a semi driver!?”

“Marshall's is a discount retail chain; they purchase overstock/out of season items from manufacturers and sell it for a lower price. There are 1236 stores in the US and Canada.
I'm a fan of this Marshall's; it's big, clean, and organized. It is very similar to the HomeGoods (which is owned by the same company) in the same plaza. I love their clearance racks which can be found at the end of the aisles. A great place to bargain shop. I've always loved TJ Maxx and Marshall's is essentially its sibling.
The following types of products can be found at Marshall's; footwear, clothing, bath, bedding, home decor, furniture, beauty products, jewelry, housewares, toys, giftware, and per supplies. I loved their candles and random skincare, and soaps. The clothes were pretty decent if you dig around the racks. The employees were friendly. Overall, a fun place to shop and you can find some treasures; as their slogan says, "Your surprise is waiting and never boring, always surprising."”
“Lots of good deals and little house hold stuff you might need. My wife and I like this place. Some stuff is nicely priced other stuff is over priced. I wouldn't buy any champion gear there it just looks like they sow their own champion tag in place of a cheaper brands tag lol. But that's just me.”

“Burlington you will find a lot of things you really want, they have some of the best hand bags. Not a bad store to shop. A little cheaper a little expensive like anywhere else. They have a large variety of products. I know two of their stores, shopping at Burlington is not a bad thing to do.”
“24/7 shipping/receiving Sunday-Thursday only. Closed Friday and Saturday. This includes drop/hook so don’t let brokers fool you or you’ll be sitting here until 7am on Sunday like me. No overnight parking here, but can park at MDC location about 2 miles away. This one is well lit. TA is off of highway but fills up fast and they enforce paid parking.
For this location, follow gps. Be careful at night because these are dark roads and the deer are active. turn into the very first driveway and continue. First driveway to the left is for receiving, continue straight and follow the curve to get to shipping. Will update after I deliver.

The only thing that I am disappointed about is that they don't carry plus size women's clothing, other than that I love shopping there for anything I need, from cosmetics, toiletries, jewelry, shoes & home goods.
