She also goes out her way to greet customers even when she's busy checking out the people in front of her. Oh, I can't forget the associate at the Sephora station. I don't know her name, but I tell you...she was friendly & a great SALES PERSON!!!”
“They have such a large selection of clothes, and home items. They have big items like mattresses and couches, and even a cute chocolate fudge counter with many flavor options. Usually always some type of sale running here or there so if you catch it on what you want it’s definitely worth it. One of the few good things in that mall left.”

“I am sooooo honored to have worked with these employees to fulfill my order! I was looking for a pair of shoes that appeared to be sold out online and in all of the other stores in the USA! I called and got someone name Yashi in fragrance and told her I was looking for these shoes that appeared to be in stock there. Yashi literally put me on hold and went downstairs to the shoe department to find these shoes!!!!! She partnered with Desire to find the shoes, call me and confirm that not only did they have the shoes but they would send them to me OVERNIGHT!!!!! This staff was incredible and really went out of the way! No shade to the online team or internet, but some time you have to work with actual PEOPLE who will go out of the way and serve the customer! These ladies did exactly that, and I am so grateful! Thank you Destiny and Yashi, I truly appreciate you!”

This location has a lot of parking and is next to Home Depot.
There are a lot of businesses on Berlin turnpike, so if you're coming from a distance I'm pretty sure it would be time worthy if needed to go by Kohl's and then many other businesses within minutes.

This is the first time I've been in a Kohl's store in many years because I tend to shop online and I'm thinking that's what many other people do because it was not busy at all.
I remember at one time when Kohl's was always busy and there were people everywhere, times have definitely changed.”

The only thing that I am disappointed about is that they don't carry plus size women's clothing, other than that I love shopping there for anything I need, from cosmetics, toiletries, jewelry, shoes & home goods. Stop by and visit the store for yourself, you won't be disappointed.”
“This is one of the several occasions I’ve been out with my family shopping over the weekend. Chris one of the shoe managers knew exactly where the other shoe was that I was looking for today. I told him it was size 10.5 but he assured me he knew exactly where it was on the other side of the store in kids shoes according to his memory. And low and behold he was right! Unfortunately my check out experience was less than desirable due to the Team Lead attempting to expedite check out. It was handled in a manner that created chaos & stress and led to my order being completed wrong because she was rushing.”

“We use the pharmacy at the Southington Walmart, and they are fantastic. Refilling prescriptions by text or through the app is quick and easy. It is also convenient to pick up groceries, household items, or almost anything else while we are there. I cannot speak for every Walmart, but the Southington location does a great job.”
