“Busted phone, went into Verizon in Brookfield,and was greeted right away by Nicholas who got to work right away getting me back on track with a new phone, very attentive, funny, and good conversation,was a pleasure to work with, also got to meet another coworker of his name Larry who also helped out as well with answering questions, a few jokes and between the two of them made the overall experience 100% worth it.. anyone looking for assistance with a new phone/ tablet/watch or any plan I definitely recommend these two!!”
