“I’ve been using this pharmacy since moving to Bristol 9 years ago. The consistency and professionalism speaks volumes. George, Paulina and Kris are one heck of a trifecta. If you have questions you’re not rushed or made to feel like you’re a number or price tag! There is no delivery but well worth the sacrifice in my opinion (no I don’t drive) if you aren’t happy where you are!”

Dr. Bob Kevorkian, the owner and pharmacist has lent his personal service and care to our family for 30+ years.The techs and other pharmacists are great, too. So many times he and his employees have advocated for us and dealt with doctors and insurance companies with integrity. Try that at a big chain.”

“Today I went in for prescription meds and ran into a complication with insurance. Kevin at CVS in Simsbury went above and beyond to help me get my meds free of charge through the VA. Kevin absolutely deserves a raise after how much he helped me this morning. He even was able to reimburse me for my previous visit a few weeks ago that was supposed to be free through the VA but there was a hiccup so I had to pay. He really was exceptional and did not need to take as much time as he did to help me, but he did. That’s the customer service that makes you always remember what that person did for you that day. Incredibly grateful for him today!”

“I worked 25 years in a customer service position, it is not always what it seems to be. Those of us who take on these types of jobs try to do our best to accommodate our customers. I do not deny that there are times when we become frustrated and may direct that frustration onto our customers. We are only human. Working in this position I have learned to be more patient and considerate towards those who working in the same position. I have never had a bad experience at CVS on Farmington Avenue west Hartford. If you are in a rush don't take it out on the customer service.”

“The cashier was very helpful and friendly. She took her time even though I made three separate transactions. The cashier made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. She answered my questions and advised me for photos I could use the CVS application if I wanted to as well if I didn’t want to do it at the kiosk in the store. I was happy to know I had options and that I could make my photo purchase/ selection from the comfort of my home.
I’m happy I continue to get coupons because that’s what makes me keep coming back to CVS and shopping for more items.

“I believe this store struggled with staffing issue for a time period starting shortly after the end of COVID. They did their best and the staff was at least always pleasant and tried their best for you. That’s all you can ask for in customer service especially during hard times. To counter act the unfortunate numerous poor reviews, I’d like to state that I frequent this store, even when they weren’t at their best and the staff is always pleasant and available so give them the benefit of the doubt ?”
