“The staff are great and caring. It is so different from most pharmacies that I have used in the past. I use to go to CVS and the staff even the pharmacist are very unfriendly, not much help either. I reccomend Stop & Shop because you don't have to wait.”

So many times he and his employees have advocated for us and dealt with doctors and insurance companies with integrity. Try that at a big chain.”
“Today I went in for prescription meds and ran into a complication with insurance. Kevin at CVS in Simsbury went above and beyond to help me get my meds free of charge through the VA. Kevin absolutely deserves a raise after how much he helped me this morning. He even was able to reimburse me for my previous visit a few weeks ago that was supposed to be free through the VA but there was a hiccup so I had to pay. He really was exceptional and did not need to take as much time as he did to help me, but he did. That’s the customer service that makes you always remember what that person did for you that day. Incredibly grateful for him today!”
