“I traveled out of state to purchase my 2025 Nissan Kicks SR. Being that what I wanted was not available in my area. They had exactly what I wanted to the smallest detailed. The staff was very accommodating from start to finish. From picking me up from the airport, with a follow up to make sure I arrived home safely.

“I do not think I can say nicer things about this business. Had a road emergency while traveling. After changing my spare I saw a billboard for this place and happen to drive by. I stopped in for a repair. They change my tire in less than 20 mins and was on my way. All the customers in the waiting room only had nothing but great things to say and how long they have been coming there. It is refreshing to know there are still good hard working businesses out there who give great service at a fair price. I high recommend them for any tie or car repair items you need. All the workers were great and friendly too.”
“Absolutely the kindest people and best mechanics. Started my car the day of my oil change and had concerns with a noise it was making. They answered my panicked call and helped me problem solve to get to the garage safely. Not only did they complete my oil change, they noticed that my tires were in rough shape and helped me determine what would be the best course of action for my car. “Quick, easy, and upfront. No smoke and mirrors. Straight and fair pricing. The only critique is that I thought the A/C Compressor I was getting had 58k miles on it, but I was given one with 76k. Considering it's a subaru a/c unit, they usually last a decent while, and it's my fault for not saying anything anyways so it's all the same to me.”

“Took my 2019 Ascent in as she was looking sad. So I dropped her off for a full bumper to bumper detail and when I came back she was almost as good as new. They missed a spot on the window frame that was surprising because its right in front of you when you get out and left streaks on the windshield. They even removed the carseat in my middle row and put it back for me. They got the big stain off the floor on the passenger side middle row floor. You can see in the video how nice it looks. They got all the gunk off my console. It looks like no one ever spilt everything in it. Other than those 2 tiny things she looks like when I picked her up at the dealership. The gentleman I spoke to was kind and helpful. He explained everything and what was included. For the price I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the amazing job they did. Will TOTALLY go back. They have seating and bar height tables for people who want to wait or they give you a time your vehicle will be done. Unlike the other place I spoke to, their pricing is upfront with a detailed list of what is included with a caveat that some larger vehicles, some trucks and SUVs, many have an added fee but it is disclosed upfront. My SUV isn't tiny but it is included in the no additional fee category. My only complaint is that the handicap parking is in front and the transaction window is near the back of the building.”

“Most honest mechanic I have ever used! Marcel has integrity and is very knowledgeable about vehicles. He recently fixed my vehicle from another garages errors and told me engine light and codes were cleared after another garage didn't accurately repair something. Therefore saving me money and stress from having to pay more for another part other garage said I needed, that I actually did not need. Marcel has helped me with vehicles on and off for many years and he has always been an upstanding individual! I highly recommend Country Automotive!!”

“I stopped in a few months ago to inquire about a bumper cover that had developed a tear - and was getting worse. The guy who came out and looked at it said - order the part and I'll put it on for you. He was so friendly and helpful and let me know this would be the cheapest way to fix this. So - I got the part from the KIA dealer and took it over to Capitol. He did it on the spot! And wouldn't take a dime. What a nice guy (KIA wanted almost 300 dollars to put in in!) Really appreciate their generosity and overall vibe. Thanks!”
“I stopped by Pomfret Tire today to inquire about repairing or replacing my front backhoe tire. First off they unloaded the tire from my truck, inspected the inside and outside of the tire and rim and determined that a tube would solve my low air problem. They didn't try to sell me a new tire, just honest evaluation of my problem.
