“I guess a lot of people don't review banks, because too many of the reviews I'm seeing here are negative. I've been using this bank for 15+ years and the service is great.
I usually deal with Laura, who is very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. Everyone else I've dealt with in this location has also been great over the years. The three managers I've dealt with over the past 15 years have also been great. I'd urge not to judge this bank on a few bad reviews, especially given the low number of reviews. This is the type of business most people won't say anything unless they have a gripe.
Further, one bad reviewer complained of being asked what she did for a living. This is not the bank's fault. The federal government is requiring banks to ask questions for cash deposits and withdrawals.
