“Went in looking to switch cell service and get a new phone after my husband's phone broke. It was close to closing so we weren’t expecting to walk out with phones that night.
Jeffery was awesome. He walked us through every step of the process. Helped us find the right phone for our needs, pick a great plan, and get the accessories that we needed (which he installed for us). He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure our numbers transferred before we left and made sure we had the customer service number in case anything went wrong. I don’t think I’ve ever had an easier or more enjoyable time buying a new phone. I wasn't planning on upgrading my phone that day but I'm glad I did.
We are about an hour away from this store and I’d absolutely go there again for that level of service. 10/10”

I think it’s a corporate scam that ATT allows third party scam artist use there credentials at Target in my case , I feel corporate does this due to greed its a scam
Thanks to Hector and the other rep who got this phone up and running I learned I was scammed and that those people in Target are like a third party. Hector actually was at a food Festival and he helped me soon as I asked I couldn’t get in my acct passcode wouldn’t reset he quickly resolved this issue even though I feel Att is just as bad as T mobile Hector is the reason I decided to give Att another chance to change my view as I was warned about this cell company

Sure to find a seat for him and make sure he was comfortable first before he helped us. He went over every option we had, was extremely transparent, and went above and beyond with each question we had despite it being past 8pm, closing time. Never once did Jomar act like he was in a rush to leave or be rude or anything. He was absolutely the definition of professional and outstanding customer service. We are going to be returning Tuesday the 28th to get two new phones because of how great he was. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you want to get great customer service, outstanding help, and get a great deal, come here to the Hamden At & T store and ask for Jomar. Thank you again.

“I purchased a fire stick that did not work in my television took it back and the gentleman in the store started yelling at me raising his voice I had to tell him several times to stop yelling. Telling me he couldn’t take the product back nor could he refund my money all refunds are final and there was no sense of compromise. All of the stuff the in the store is all refurbished you’re gonna get a piece of garbage and we are you to realize that would you try to take it back he is going to try to make you look like you are insufficient it an incompetent of learning how technology works. “I came to the store with a problem I am having with verizon. I explained the lady over ther clearly on what my problem is. She heard everything patiently and understood what I'm trying to say. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.
She went beyond her limits to help me with and took care of me. I used to pay98$ per month for Verizon even though I paid off my phone. God knows WHY!!!
So when I came her I asked the lady named Baru all the plans. she explained clearly. And you know what I pay only 50$ every month and the phone is free and fully paid off.

“Earlier tonight, we visited this Metro PCS location. We were waited on by the delightful Julie. What a terrific employee!!! She engaged my very shy son so sweetly and she helped us with EVERYTHING. After having first visited the location at the mall where they told us the charge to update our existing lines to new phones was over $100 per line, Julie explained that this location charges $30 per line. And she helped us pick out the perfect phone for each of us. I've been a Metro PCS customer for around 8 years now and I love the service and the price.
