I visited the AT&T store on Broad St Meriden and Leonard fixed everything in about 5 minutes. I can't say how relieved I am with how professionally he dealt with this issue. Love this store!”

“Asked where is the closest place to pay my bill and sent me to a T Mobile store and wasn't able to pay my bill because I am a Metro customer then driving 8 miles away and they charge me $6 for paying in the store. My credit card got hacked by Amazon and charged me for unauthorized purchases and had to deactivate it. Could someone atleast Kiss me first.”
“I was having problems with my phone so I went to the W.Main Street store, not helpful whatsoever. The girl/lady running the store was eating corn chips. I can smell it when I walked in. She did NOT stop eating. She continued to touch my phone,computer & every other machine in the room, ugh, she continued to put her hands in the bag & eat corn chip after corn chip & stuff em in her mouth!After all this, I decided to go to the store on Lewis Avenue. She was very professional. Took care of my problem & I was on my way.I recommend Lewis Ave, rather than W.Main Street.”

“After seeing all of the negative reviews about how horrible Cox customer service is on this website (and believe me I was part of that Cox-hating group for years (see my recent review of my Enfield CT experience!) this is going to seem like a hot take. But I gotta give Cox's Meriden store and especially Cox representative Manny 5 stars for helping me recently. After spending nearly 6 grueling hours over the course of a week trying to cancel a $188 monthly Cox internet charge I received after cancelling my subscription and returning my router when I moved - I was ready to give up and just wait to do battle with a collection agency. Cox online support just kept giving me the same answer - just verify my ID through the text sent to my mobile phone (even though I repeatedly told them I no longer had that phone or Cox number!) In desperation, I went to the Meriden store hoping they could verify my ID in person and cancel the bill. Enter Manny - who CALMLY, PROFESSIONALLY, COMPETENTLY - sorted out the online customer service mess, cleared out my account appropriately, and cancelled the errant bill within 15 minutes. Manny's professionalism and knowledge restored my faith that there are actually good customer service people out there and I gladly paid a $50 balance that we discovered was indeed due do to a partial month use of my Cox service prior to my move. Please Cox - clone as many Mannys as you can. Or at the very least promote that guy. He's that good!”
