227 Upton Rd, ColchesterWe are very glad to have Gagnons for our two dogs. We never worry when we go away, we know they are in the best of hands! They have helped us out last minute in a family emergency to short notice weekend getaways and planned vacations. Our male can be uneasy away from home with some nervous reactiveness and they do great with him! The front desk ladies are absolutely wonderful! The place is very clean and never have our dogs came home smelly from Gagnons. It’s a bit of a drive for us but one we are willing to do knowing the care they get. Each time we get a report card telling us how their visit was which is wonderful to get the feedback each and every time. I would highly recommend Gagnons as a safe,clean, and fun environment for your beloved pets!

Bigs is by far the best burger I have ever had and is my standard now for comparing burgers. I give it a 9.9 and I promise it’s not a rookie score as I typically eat here at least a couple of times a week. On top of the food the staff is incredible. Always super friendly.

The lobster meat is shipped fresh, not frozen, from Maine daily and it comes through in the taste and quality. Alex, Rob and the entire team work extremely hard ti turn out high quality food in a sometimes very hectic environment. As fast as orders come in they are going out the door. Yes it's not on the shore, but it has that shore feeling nonetheless. Picnic tables outside or take it across the street to the town green. Well worth the price and the ride.

I came on a couple occasions and watched a lights presentation for Christmas and came to one of the markets yesterday. In terms of event set up and hosting events, I think they did a phenomenal job. I also want to shout out to the lady who works in the winery who was young, relatively short and had blue eyes. I don't remember her name, but she was very respectful and gave me a free hot chocolate the first time I visited to see the light demonstration. I thought the market was far better than the lights but that wine server made me feel welcomed and want to return for future events.
